I bet headlight replacement is like $4000 of that. Something like $300 wheel, $1000 bumper, $4000 headlight, and the other $2700 in paint/labor

Actually it sounds low to me. Are they replacing the quarter panel? Did they check alignment? By the way, have you driven it since then? Does it drive straight?
I would have expected a lower A arm and strut in the equation based on the damage to the rim.
